Day 3-the day of plan B

We woke up to a lovely breakfast and Eric said we could do PLAN B which meant we didn’t have to hike and could get a ride. The Texas couple would be going with us. We were so happy! I couldn’t have done the hike. The rocks, altitude, and hills were too much for me. We would meet the group at the coffee plantation. As we waited we were greeted by chickens in skirts and Alpaca. The van arrived and we got in! We went for about half an hour on a scary ride where we were on the edge of a cliff. There was a small walk bridge and he motioned for us to get out and walk across a small bridge. We followed instructions and saw some of the Salkanty staff and bags. It turns out we all got into another van and rode to the coffee plantation. There were 14 people crammed in, coolers, bags and the top was loaded as well. It was an interesting ride.

At the coffee plantation we learned about the history of coffee, we roasted, ground, and got to drink our own coffee. It was very strong! After the coffee we all rode in the van back to the camp and then headed out to the hot springs

We got back had dinner and went to bed.
